Summer Cappuccino

High Country Honey Cappuccino

Light, foamy, and just fancy enough to make you feel like you have your life together. You don't, but the drink's convincing.

What you'll need:

  • 2 shots Brewed For This espresso
  • 1/2 cup milk, frothed
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Cinnamon, for dusting

How to make it:

  1. Pull espresso into your favorite mug — the one that says something sarcastic, obviously.
  2. Stir honey directly into the hot espresso until it disappears.
  3. Froth milk until it's thick enough to hold a shape (a spoon works fine if you don't own fancy equipment, no judgment).
  4. Spoon the foam on top, dust with cinnamon, and admire your work for exactly three seconds before it deflates.
